Planetary Gearbox
DLP planetary gear units have two (DLPII) or three (DLPIII) planetary stages in 27 sizes 3–29 with nominal output torque 22,000–2,600,000 N·m. Basic types: coaxial N, or with helical (S), bevel (L) or bevel-helical (K) input stage; ratios 25–4,000 (DLPII N 25–40, DLPIII K 560–4,000). Output: hollow shaft with shrink disk (AS) or DIN 5480 splines (AH), solid shaft with key (BJ) or splines (BH). Base, torque-arm or torsion-shaft support, horizontal and vertical mounting. DLT Right-Angle Spiral Bevel Gearboxes
DLT right-angle bevel gearbox is a single-stage right-angle unit with spiral bevel gears in 10 sizes DLT2–DLT25 weighing 2 to 488 kg. Actual ratios 1:1, 1.5:1, 2:1, 2.5:1, 3:1, 4:1 and 5:1, average efficiency 98 %. Output torque up to 5,713 N·m (DLT25, 1:1), input speed up to 1,450 rpm. Versions with two, three or four shaft ends (one or two cross shafts, single or double-extended longitudinal shaft) distribute power to several synchronized points; driven via the longitudinal shaft, the unit acts as a speed increaser. Bucket Elevator Drive
DLBE bucket elevator drive is a 3-stage bevel-helical DLBEIII gear unit designed around elevator kinematics: 15 sizes 4–18 (4–12 one-piece housing, 13–18 split housing), ratios 25–71, nominal output torque 6.6–240 kN·m, nominal power rating up to 1,809 kW. Extruder Gearboxes
Donly single-screw extruder gear units with a thrust bearing that takes the screw axial load. DLE is the high-torque 2-stage range: 14 sizes DLE2H01–14, i = 8–20, rated torque up to 147,860 N·m, n1 ≤ 1,800 rpm, 294** series thrust bearings; load capacity 60 % higher than ZLYJ of the same size. DLZLYJ follows JB/T 8853: 15 sizes 112–450, i = 8–20, torque up to 48,068 N·m, screw thrust 43–619 kN, gear accuracy GB/T 10095 class 6, HRC 57–62. Hollow output shaft with key or splines; cooling coil or forced lubrication.

Planetary Gearbox for Submersible Pumps
The DLQSB planetary gear unit sits between the submersible motor and the pump: the pump shaft engages the internal splines of the output planet carrier. Five sizes by flange diameter — 690, 930, 1050, 1150 and 1465 mm — for motors from 132–400 kW (DLQSB690) to 600–2,800 kW (DLQSB1465), motor speed 750–1,500 rpm, typical ratios 3.15–6.7. Sun and planet gears in carburized alloy steel, accuracy grade 5–6 to GB/T 10095-2001, splash lubrication. Resistive leakage and temperature sensors on both housing faces allow remote monitoring of the submerged unit.

SWL Worm Screw Jack
SWL wormwheel screw hoist (screw jack) to industry standard JB/T 8809-1998: a worm gear with arc-profile cylindrical worm drives a trapezoidal screw. Seven models SWL2.5–SWL35 with 25–350 kN load capacity and Tr30×6 – Tr110×16 screws. Two ratios: normal P (6:1 – 10 2/3:1) and slow M (24:1 – 32:1); permissible power 0.55–6 kW, input speed up to 1,500 rpm, lifting speed up to 2.7 m/min. Type 1 — the screw rotates and travels; type 2 — the nut travels; assembly A (up) or B (down), four screw-end designs, bellows cover and anti-rotation. Normally self-locking at standstill.

Injection Molding Gearboxes
DLG..A gear units drive the plasticizing screw of injection molding machines and allow a hydraulic motor to be replaced by an electromechanical drive: the standard input flange and shaft match the fittings of typical hydraulic motors. An idler gear extends the centre distance for a U-shaped layout of motor, gear unit and screw. Sizes 200A, 225A, 250A, 320A, 360A (400A and 450A on request), i = 6.3–63, nominal torque 8,395–77,585 N·m (up to 160,757 N·m for 450A), n1 up to 2,600 rpm, efficiency over 95 %. What is the warranty and lead time for DONLY?
Standard manufacturer warranty — 12 months from commissioning, no more than 18 months from shipment. Production lead time is 4–16 weeks depending on specification (the equipment is manufactured in China). Delivery to Russia is by road transport. Detailed terms are on the Terms of Cooperation page.
