Crane Gearboxes DONLY DLHK / QY
Two Donly crane gear unit lines. DLHK are helical units with extended centre distance based on DLH: 3 stages (i = 14–63) or 4 stages (i = 20–250), 10 sizes 5–14, nominal torque 11–109 kN·m; HT250 housing, QT400 or welded steel on request, three-point support, solid, reinforced, hollow or flanged output shaft. QY comprises six series — foot-mounted QY3D/QY4D/QY34D and three-point-mounted QY3S/QY4S/QY34S — with centre distance 160–800 mm, torque 2.8–355 kN·m, i up to 400; 0.98 efficiency per stage, keyed, splined or geared output shaft for the drum, −40…+45 °C.
