Donly main gear units for rubber and tyre machinery: DLDYJ high-torque units for single-screw extruders (10 sizes 133–360, i = 6.3–20, torque up to 41,430 N·m; load capacity 60 % above ZLYJ); DLPSY for counter-rotating parallel twin-screw extruders; DLJ for single and compound extruders of tread and sidewall compounds; DLM for internal mixers (drive power up to 2 × 1,250 kW, two output shafts); DLKL for open mills with 360–710 mm rolls; DLJY for twin-cone twin-screw extruder-sheeters below the mixer. Carburized and ground gears, accuracy class 6 to ISO 1328 or better.
