Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy (the “Policy”) sets out the procedure for processing personal data of users of the website sdrives.ru (the “Site”) and the measures taken to ensure its security. The Policy has been developed in accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data” of 27 July 2006.

By using the Site and/or submitting the contact form, the user agrees to the terms of this Policy and consents to the processing of their personal data for the purposes set out herein.

The Operator processes the following categories of personal data:

• Data submitted through the contact form: name, email, phone number (if provided), and message text.
• Technical data collected automatically: IP address, cookie identifiers, browser type and version, device and operating system type, referrer source, URLs of visited pages, time and duration of the visit, and screen resolution parameters.

The Operator does not request or process special categories of personal data (race, ethnicity, political views, health status, etc.) or biometric personal data.

• Responding to user inquiries submitted through the contact form; preparing commercial proposals; conducting business correspondence.
• Analysis of traffic and user behaviour on the Site to improve the quality of services and content (statistics, aggregated reports).
• Protection of the Site from automated attacks and abuse (rate-limiting, spam-bot filtering).

Personal data is processed on the following grounds:

• consent of the data subject, expressed by action — submitting the contact form or continued use of the Site (clause 1, part 1, article 6 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ);
• necessity for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is a party, or for taking steps prior to entering into such a contract (clause 5, part 1, article 6 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ);
• processing of personal data to which the data subject has granted access to an unlimited number of persons.

The Site uses cookies and web analytics services:

• Yandex.Metrica(counter 108544994) collects anonymised visit data for statistical purposes, including user activity in “Webvisor” format (recording of mouse actions and keystrokes in anonymised form, without the contents of fields containing PII). For details, see the Yandex Privacy Policy.
• Vercel Analytics / Speed Insights — aggregated performance and traffic metrics without user identification.

The user may disable cookies in their browser settings. If cookies are disabled, some features of the Site may not function correctly.

The Operator does not transfer personal data to third parties, except in the following cases:

• transfer in anonymised form within the web analytics services indicated above (Yandex, Vercel);
• use of the Resend(resend.com) email delivery service to forward messages from the contact form to the Operator’s email;
• hosting and processing of data on the infrastructure of Vercel Inc. (Site hosting) and GitHub Inc. (storage of the Site’s configuration);
• cases expressly provided for by the legislation of the Russian Federation (upon request of authorised state bodies).

• Contact form messages: until the end of business correspondence and the expiry of the retention period for commercial correspondence established by the Operator’s internal policies and applicable law, but no longer than 5 years.
• Web analytics data: in accordance with the policies of Yandex.Metrica and Vercel Analytics services.
• If consent is withdrawn, the data is deleted within 30 days of receipt of the withdrawal, unless otherwise required by law.

The Operator takes technical and organisational measures to protect personal data from unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure or destruction, including:

• data transmission over a secure HTTPS connection;
• storage of secrets in protected environment variables;
• restricted access to the Site’s administrative interfaces;
• regular security audits.

Under Federal Law No. 152-FZ, the data subject has the right to:

• obtain information about the processing of their personal data;
• request rectification, blocking or erasure of their data;
• withdraw consent to the processing of personal data;
• appeal against the Operator’s actions to Roskomnadzor and to a court.
