Gear units for continuous casting machines. Withdrawal and straightening units: DLLJJ (sizes 205–355, max output torque 15,470–52,500 N·m, i = 310–850), DLLJJL (260–315, 19,500–45,500 N·m, i = 530–830) and DLLJJT (DLLJJT240 — 28,000 N·m, i = 220–320; DLLJJT450 — 91,500 N·m, i = 1,505). Welded, annealed housing with vertical split and integral water-cooling chamber (0.6 MPa, water up to 30 °C). Segment roll drives for slab casters — DLLZ planetary units (3–4 stages): 6 sizes 235–400, rated torque 30,000–150,000 N·m, i = 200–485, n1 = 750/1,000/1,500 rpm. Gears carburized to HRC 57+4 and ground.
