DLT right-angle bevel gearbox is a single-stage right-angle unit with spiral bevel gears in 10 sizes DLT2–DLT25 weighing 2 to 488 kg. Actual ratios 1:1, 1.5:1, 2:1, 2.5:1, 3:1, 4:1 and 5:1, average efficiency 98 %. Output torque up to 5,713 N·m (DLT25, 1:1), input speed up to 1,450 rpm. Versions with two, three or four shaft ends (one or two cross shafts, single or double-extended longitudinal shaft) distribute power to several synchronized points; driven via the longitudinal shaft, the unit acts as a speed increaser. Reversible.
