Standard Helical & Bevel-Helical Gearbox DONLY ZDY / ZLY / ZSY
Classic hardened-gear Z/D range: helical ZDY, ZLY, ZSY, ZFY (1–4 stages) and bevel-helical DBY, DCY, DFY (2–4 stages), hollow-shaft versions DBYK, DCYK, DFYK. Centre distance 80–800 mm, ratios 1.25–500, nominal input power 1.1–6,666 kW. Gears carburized to HRC 57–61, ground with profile and helix modification, shot-peened roots; efficiency 98/96/94/92 % for 1–4 stages. Split cast housing, welded on request. n1 ≤ 1,500 rpm, pitch-line velocity ≤ 20 m/s, −40…+45 °C. Company standard Q/DT 62080-2017.
