Electro-Hydraulic Disc Brakes
Electro-hydraulic disc brakes, YPZ₂ I–VI variants by centre height, disc diameters 315 / 355 / 400 / 450 / 500 / 630 / 710 / 800 mm. Braking torque per DIN 15435 (I–III) and DIN 15435 + JB/T 7020-2006.1 (IV–VI). Actuated by Ed23/5, Ed30/5, Ed50/6, Ed80/6, Ed121/6, Ed201/6 thrusters (DIN 15430, EMG technology). Automatic return-gap alignment, pad-wear compensation, manual release, K1/K2/K3 limit switches, flame-proof variant (code B). Ambient −20…+50 °C, 380 V / 50 Hz (60 Hz and other voltages optional), duty S3-60% (1200 c/h) or S1. Applications: rolling mills, gantry and portal cranes, ship loaders, heavy material-handling equipment in metallurgy and ports.

Safety Disc Brakes
Fail-safe (storm) disc brakes — spring-applied, hydraulically released. Clamping force generated by Belleville spring stacks; release by hydraulic power unit. On power loss or pressure drop the brake closes automatically — designed as emergency stop for hoists, skip winders, ship loaders and heavy-duty cranes. Available for 500 / 630 / 800 / 1000 mm discs, compatible with standard constant-pressure and pulse HPUs. Options: state limit switches, manual release, corrosion-resistant and explosion-proof variants.

Rail clamps and wind-protection (storm-brake) devices for gantry, portal and transfer cranes. Automatically grip the crane rail on over-wind or power loss, preventing uncontrolled travel. Operating principle — spring-applied clamping jaw with electro-hydraulic or electro-mechanical release. Integrated motor + brake + gearbox drive units in a single housing, designed for crane hoisting and travelling mechanisms. Configured with squirrel-cage induction motor (7.5–90 kW, 380 V / 50 Hz), YWZ shoe brake or YPZ₂ disc brake with Ed thruster, helical or planetary gearbox. Ratios selected to match mechanism resistance torque. Mono-block design shortens installation on crane trolleys and simplifies maintenance.
