Integrated Drive Units
Integrated motor + brake + gearbox drive units in a single housing, designed for crane hoisting and travelling mechanisms. Configured with squirrel-cage induction motor (7.5–90 kW, 380 V / 50 Hz), YWZ shoe brake or YPZ₂ disc brake with Ed thruster, helical or planetary gearbox. Ratios selected to match mechanism resistance torque. Mono-block design shortens installation on crane trolleys and simplifies maintenance. Applications: grab and ladle cranes in steel mills, port transfer equipment, mine hoisting machines.
