ZL/ZLD Elastic Pin Gear Coupling YONGJING
ZL (new designation LZ) is an elastic pin gear coupling to GB/T 5015: nylon pins transmit torque through a toothed profile, combining misalignment compensation with high load capacity. Per Yongjing data the rated torque is 100 N·m – 2,500 kN·m at an operating temperature of −20…+70 °C; the series is intended for medium and high power and is noted for its simple design, easy maintenance and long service life. The GB/T 5015 series covers 23 sizes LZ1–LZ23 with bores 12–850 mm; ZLD is the taper-bore version. In load terms the series spans the gap between MUVP per GOST 21424-93 and gear couplings per GOST 5006-94.
