ML/MLLML / MLL Plum-Blossom (Jaw) Elastic Coupling, GB/T 5272
ML/MLL Jaw Coupling YONGJING

ML is a plum-blossom (jaw) elastic coupling to GB/T 5272: two jaw hubs with a spider element between them; when the shafts run out of line the spider deforms elastically and compensates the misalignment automatically. Per Yongjing data the rated torque is 25–31,500 N·m, permissible speed 950–15,300 rpm, operating temperature −35…+80 °C; the series suits frequent starts, reversing, medium and high speeds and duties with high reliability requirements. MLL is the brake-drum version: MLL-I split, MLL-II one-piece, 140–25,000 N·m at −20…+80 °C. GOST counterpart: spider couplings per GOST 14084-93 / GOST R 50894-96.
