GICL Gear Coupling YONGJING
GICL is a curved-tooth (drum) gear coupling of the wide type to JB/T 8854.3-2001 (superseding JB/ZQ 4222-1986). The wide internal gear ring gives an increased misalignment capacity; the coupling is intended for horizontal coaxial shaft lines and runs in both directions — either outer gear sleeve may be the driving end. Per Yongjing data the rated torque is 630 N·m – 2,800 kN·m. The plant recommends the version whose sealing end cover is integral with the internal gear ring: fewer parts and better grease retention. Versions: GICLZ with spacer shaft and a brake-drum variant. GOST counterpart: MZ gear couplings per GOST 5006-94.
