SWCSWC Cross-Shaft Universal Joint Shaft (integral fork), JB/T 5513
SWC Universal Joint Shaft YONGJING

SWC is a cross-shaft universal joint shaft with an integral forged yoke. Its main advantage is large angular capacity: per Yongjing data the axis angle reaches 15–25° against about 10° for the SWP type, and transmission efficiency is 98–99.8 %. At the same swing diameter SWC transmits more torque than other coupling types, so it is used where the radial envelope is limited; running is smooth and quiet. The JB/T 5513 series covers 13 sizes with swing diameters 100–620 mm and rated torque 1.25–1,000 kN·m. Yongjing builds the SWC-WD, SWC-WH and SWC-BH versions. GOST counterpart: universal joint drives per GOST 13758.
