JMJM Series Diaphragm Coupling, JB/T 9147
JM Diaphragm Coupling YONGJING

JM is a diaphragm (disc) coupling: torque is carried by packs of metal diaphragms that compensate axial, radial and angular misalignment caused by installation tolerances, deformation under load and thermal expansion. The series was developed by Yongjing jointly with the Shanghai Research Institute of Materials; the plant builds five basic series and over a hundred sizes. Transmission efficiency up to 99.86 %, operating temperature −80…+300 °C, no lubrication, backlash or wear. JB/T 9147 series: JMI 25–160,000 N·m, JMII 40–180,000 N·m, bores 14–340 mm. No direct GOST; counterparts are Rexnord Thomas and KTR Radex-N.
