HL/HLL Elastic Pin Coupling YONGJING
HL (new designation LX) is an elastic pin coupling to GB/T 5014. Per Yongjing data it transmits a rated torque of 250–180,000 N·m at an operating temperature of −20…+70 °C, suits frequent starts, has a simple design and long service life and tolerates noticeable axial shaft float. The HLL version carries a brake drum for shoe brakes, 560–35,500 N·m. The GB/T 5014 series covers 14 sizes LX1–LX14 with bores 12–340 mm, HT200 cast-iron or ZG35 cast-steel hubs and MC nylon pins. No direct GOST; the nearest class is MUVP per GOST 21424-93.
