TL Elastic Sleeve Pin Coupling YONGJING
TL (new designation LT) is an elastic sleeve pin coupling to GB/T 4323, the most common general-purpose flexible coupling. Per Yongjing data it transmits a rated torque of 6.3–16,000 N·m at an operating temperature of −30…+80 °C, provides moderate damping and shaft misalignment compensation, and suits frequent starts and reversing duty. Torque is carried by steel pins with rubber sleeves; worn sleeves are replaced without moving the motor or gearbox. The GB/T 4323 series covers 13 sizes LT1–LT13 with bores 9–170 mm. Direct counterpart of MUVP couplings per GOST 21424-93 with the same torque series.
