Aluminum Housed Braking Resistors
ASZ/HASZ series — braking resistors in extruded aluminum housing for VFDs and servo drives. Power 60–2000 W, resistance 0.5 Ω…10 kΩ, pulse overload up to 10× for 5 s. Insulation class H (180 °C), IP20/IP54. Tolerance ±5 % (standard) / ±1 % (option), non-inductive winding. Applications: general-purpose and crane VFDs, machine-tool servo drives, elevator drives, wind turbines, electric hoists.

Ceramic Tube Wirewound Resistors
DQR/DDR series — power wirewound resistors on ceramic core with vitreous enamel or cement coating. Power 25–2000 W, resistance 0.1 Ω…50 kΩ, operating temperature up to 300 °C. Constantan/nichrome winding, non-inductive versions for pulse loads. Variants: wall-mount, clamps, terminal blocks, with thermal cutoff. Applications: VFD braking circuits, ballast resistors, voltage dividers, surge dampers in traction and industrial drives.

High Voltage Resistors
RI and ZMP series — high voltage non-inductive thick-film resistors. Operating voltage up to 100 kV, pulse up to 150 kV, power 100–25,000 W, resistance 10 Ω…1 GΩ, tolerance ±1…±5 %, TCR down to ±50 ppm/°C. Subtypes ZMP200/250/400/600 differ in housing and heat dissipation. Applications: dividers for high-voltage test benches, damping circuits of static compensators (SVC/STATCOM), HVDC discharge resistors, measurement circuits of high-voltage converters, medical and X-ray equipment.

Water Cooled Resistors
SLR series — thick-film resistors with forced water cooling. Continuous power 10–500 kW, resistance 0.1 Ω…10 kΩ, permissible operating voltage up to 25 kV, non-inductive design. Deionized water cooling, flow 5–40 l/min at Δt ≤ 40 °C. Stainless-steel housing, threaded fittings G1/2…G1. Applications: braking resistors of large traction VFDs, discharge circuits of HVDC converters, ballast loads of diesel generators, high-power metallurgy servo systems, megawatt-class wind turbines.

Adjustable Resistors & Rheostats
DSY/BC1/DST series — sliding rheostats and adjustable wirewound resistors with handwheel. Power 150–5000 W, resistance 1 Ω…10 kΩ, stepped and continuous adjustment, current up to 50 A. Constantan winding on ceramic core, silent current collector with graphite contact. Versions: single- and dual-section, benchtop (BC1) and stationary (DSY/DST). Applications: laboratory and educational benches, electric-drive commissioning, ballast loads for electric-machine tests, soft-start of low-power DC motors, tuning of thyristor rectifiers.

AC Load Banks
DRLB series — stationary and towable AC load banks (resistive R and resistive-reactive RL/RLC). Voltage 220–13,800 V AC, power 10–5000 kW, regulation step 1–10 kW, power factor 0.8–1.0. Forced air cooling (top/side exhaust), IP23/IP44 cabinet. Digital controller with RS-485/Ethernet, emergency shutdown on temperature, current, overload. Applications: factory acceptance tests of diesel and gas-piston generators, UPS, ship shore-power, wind turbines, commissioning of standalone power plants.

DC Load Banks
DC load banks for testing batteries, UPS, rectifiers, traction cells and photovoltaic systems. Voltage 12–1500 V DC, current 10–5000 A, power 5–2000 kW, modes CC/CV/CR/CP (constant current/voltage/resistance/power). Built-in controller with programmable discharge profiles, V/I/T curve logging, RS-485/Ethernet/USB interfaces. Cabinet with forced cooling, reverse-polarity, overheat and short-circuit protection. Applications: capacity tests of traction batteries for rolling stock and EVs, acceptance of substation DC auxiliary systems, UPS verification, endurance testing of solar storage and Li-ion batteries.

Water Cooled Load Banks
SRLB series — compact water-cooled load banks for high power densities. Power 100–10,000 kW, voltage up to 13,800 V AC / 1500 V DC, step 1 % of rated. Heat-dissipation density 3–5× higher than air-cooled (smaller footprint, quiet operation). Closed loop (water-to-air heat exchanger) or open loop. Controller with data logging and Ethernet/Modbus, protection by coolant flow, temperature and pressure. Applications: factory tests of marine gas turbines and diesel generators, megawatt-class renewables, shore power, data centres, gas-turbine power plants, floating nuclear stations.

Battery & Short-Circuit Testing Load Banks
BT series — benches for battery cycling tests and short-circuit tests. Short-circuit current up to 100 kA, voltage up to 1500 V DC / 10,000 V AC, pulse duration 0.1–10 s with programmable profile. Modes: charge/discharge, CC/CV/CP, load emulation, endurance cycles 10,000+. Measurement accuracy ±0.1 % FS, V/I/T logging at up to 1 ms resolution. Protections: hydrogen gas analysis, cell thermal monitoring, automatic shutdown on thermal runaway. Applications: certification of Li-ion batteries for EVs and ESS, traction-battery tests for mining vehicles, verification of circuit breakers and protection relays against short-circuit currents, type tests of transformers and reactors.
