High-Voltage Thick-Film Resistors ZENITHSUN RI
Non-inductive thick film resistors: ruthenium paste fired onto 95–96 % Al₂O₃ ceramic. Cylindrical RI80 (RIZ, RIP, RIT, RHP and RTF precision dividers) and flat RI82/RF82 cover 0.25–300 W, 10 Ω – 1 GΩ, maximum voltage up to 80 kV (RHP 300 W), tolerance down to ±0.1 % for RIT and RTF, TCR from ±50 ppm/°C; best results when submerged in dielectric oil or potted in epoxy. ZMP 120–800 W are flat power modules for heatsink mounting (250–800 W on a water-cooled heatsink, rated at 85 °C case): 0.5 Ω – 1 MΩ, insulation 6–10 kV DC.
