Adjustable Resistors & Rheostats ZENITHSUN DSY
Variable wirewound resistors with continuous adjustment. DST (100 W – 2 kW) and DSY (800 W – 20 kW) are tubular rheostats: chromium-alloy wire on a ceramic tube under a non-flammable coating, with a slider running along the winding; temperature control and a digital scale are available on request. BC1 (12.5–500 W) are tray rheostats: winding on a C-shaped ceramic ring, carbon brush on a rotating shaft, up to six units stacked to 3 kW. Resistance 0.5 Ω – 15 kΩ, tolerance ±5 or ±10 %. DSTB/DSYB adjustable load banks up to 60 kW are built on DST/DSY.
