High-Power Wirewound Resistors on Ceramic Tube ZENITHSUN DQR
High-power wirewound resistors on a ceramic tube: chromium-alloy winding under a non-flammable insulating, heat-dissipating coating baked at several temperatures. DDR/DNR use wire winding, DQR/DQN a corrugated ribbon, DSR has a movable tap for adjustment; non-inductive versions on request. Power 15 W – 20 kW, resistance 0.5 Ω – 68 kΩ, overload 10× rated power for 5 s and 25× for 1 s, dielectric withstand 1–10 kV AC. One resistor can carry several taps; the series is the building block of braking resistor banks and load banks.
