CKG High-Pressure Grinding Rolls (HPGR) CGC
CKG are CGC high-pressure grinding rolls (HPGR) for the mining industry, developed from KHD (Germany) technology. The material bed is crushed between a fixed and a floating roll under constant hydraulic pressure; 70–80 % of the product is below 3 mm. 14 sizes from CKG6020 (600 × 200 mm rolls, 2 × 75 kW, 20–26 t/h) to CKG200160 (2,000 × 1,600 mm, 2 × 2,240 kW, 800–1,900 t/h), weight 14–300 t. Hardfaced or carbide-studded roll tyres, Rexroth valves, Siemens automation, power savings up to 50 %.
