CCG High-Pressure Roller Presses CGC
CCG are CGC high-pressure roller presses (HPGR) developed from KHD (Germany) technology: two counter-rotating synchronised rolls, one fixed and one floating, comminute the material bed; the product leaves as a dense flake with more than 70 % below 3 mm and extensive micro-cracking. Typical feeds are clinker, ores, slags, pellets and limestone. Throughput up to 1,000 t/h per unit, grinding circuit output up 30–40 %, power savings up to 50 %. Units CCG8030…CCG200180 have been supplied to cement plants and mines in China.
