Wind Turbine Yaw Drive CGC WIND-YAW
Yaw gearboxes turn the wind turbine nacelle so that the rotor swept area stays perpendicular to the wind and the turbine delivers maximum output. CGC builds them for onshore and offshore turbines from 100 kW to 10 MW and supplies more than 30 Chinese turbine OEMs, including Goldwind, Envision, Mingyang, Sany and Dongfang Electric; annual capacity for yaw and pitch drives is 80,000 units. The 2025 catalogue shows models PH2000J, PH3000YJ, PH5000YJ, PH7000J and PH7000Y. CGC took part in drafting the Chinese industry standard for yaw gearboxes.
