Electro-Hydraulic Disc Brakes JINGU YPZ₂
Normally closed arm-type disc brakes with an Ed thruster to DIN 15430: spring applied when power is off and released by the thruster when energised. Six versions by centre height and design: I–III with braking torque per DIN 15433, IV–VI per DIN 15433 and JB/T 7020-2006; discs Ø250–1,250 mm, torque 200–20,540 N·m. Automatic shoe clearance equalisation and self-aligning shoes, stepless lining wear compensation, self-lubricating hinges, closing time 0.25–0.4 s. Limit switches provide interlock signals to the PLC; operation at −20…+50 °C, below −20 °C with YH-10 oil or a heater.
