Storm Brakes and Rail Clamps JINGU YFX
Storm protection devices for rail-mounted cranes working outdoors at ports, wharfs and railways. YFX is an electro-hydraulic wedge brake: when power is cut, the Ed80/6 thruster with spring reset lowers a steel wedge onto the rail and the crane wheel (Ø350–800 mm) runs onto it; for the non-working state YFX is combined with anchoring devices and storm tie-downs. YLBZ is a wheel brake with a disc-spring hydraulic cylinder per GB/T 15622-2005: 50–180 kN clamping force, stainless steel fasteners and pins. YJGQ (160–600 kN) and XJYT (250 and 500 kN, 14 MPa) are hydraulic rail clamps.
