LQ Light-Duty Marine Reverse Gearboxes CGC
Lightweight high-speed reverse gearboxes for fast craft and pleasure boats, comparable to the ZF Marine A series. Sizes LQ60–LQ400 plus V versions with a 7° down angle, hybrid diesel-electric models LQ100S/200S/280S (5 operating modes) and coaxial LJN30–LJN1100 clutches. Up to 2,400 kW and 4,000 rpm, SAE interfaces, 0.8 / 0.65 overdrives. Propeller thrust of 8.5–150 kN is taken by an integral thrust bearing; weight 62–1,100 kg; electric (24 V) or cable control. Classification society survey on request.
