Rubber & Plastic Screw Extruder Gearbox CGC LJC
LJC are three-stage parallel-shaft helical gear units for screw extruders and sheeting equipment in the rubber and plastics industry. 10 sizes LJC250–LJC710 (the number is the output-stage centre distance in mm), each with 10 nominal ratios of 22.4–63; transmitted power 12.5–1,657 kW at 750–1,500 rpm input. Gears and pinion shafts are carburised and ground alloy steel; high-capacity roller bearings are used. Forced lubrication by a built-in pump or separate oil station; three assembly arrangements.
