Tower Mill Reducer CGC JTM
JTM vertical planetary reducers drive tower mills for secondary grinding of metal ores, fine and ultra-fine grinding of non-metallic ores and fine grinding of chemical raw materials. CGC has developed the series since 2012 as the successor to the LDF range. 19 sizes JTM140–JTM2240 cover 200–4,500 kW and ratios of 20–100; nominal output torque per the catalogue table is 140–2,240 kN·m. The base layout is two planetary stages; depending on power, one planetary stage or two parallel stages plus a planetary stage are possible. Lubrication by a separate 63–300 L/min oil station or an integrated air-cooled station.
