Centre Drive Gearbox for Ball Mill CGC JS
JS gear units drive tube (ball) mills centrally: a two-stage coaxial layout splits power into two paths with torsion-shaft load sharing. The JS90–JS160-D range covers 800–4,500 kW at 595/740 rpm input and 14.5–19.5 rpm output. Gears are carburised, hardened and ground alloy steel; thin-wall sliding bearings are used. The package includes a low-speed barring drive, diaphragm coupling, lube station with two pumps and 12-channel bearing temperature monitoring with 4–20 mA output. The series was adopted as a Chinese building-materials industry standard in 2001.
