Planetary Winch Gearbox BONENG PW
Planetary winch gearbox PW is mounted inside the winch drum. 14 sizes 20–40 with 2, 3 or 4 stages: rated dynamic output torque 11.6–1,500 kN·m, rope pull 67–1,950 kN, ratios 13–940. Driven by electric motor (1–3 drive units) or hydraulic motor; with hydraulic input the shaft is a DIN 5480 spline with a spring-applied, hydraulically released multi-disc parking brake (15–300 bar). Output via flange or ring gear; input and output rotate in opposite directions. Efficiency 98 % per stage. Torque ratings per FEM (M5, L2, T5); other duty groups via factor K.
