Planetary Gearmotor for Cooling Roll Crusher BONENG PK
Planetary gearmotor PK for the roll crusher of a clinker grate cooler. It combines a helical-bevel gearmotor K with flange motor and a planetary output stage; sizes PK09–PK14, IE2 (MH) or IE3 (MP) motors of 4–30 kW, rated output torque 22–117 kN·m, ratios 225–400, output speed 3.7–6.6 rpm. Output via hollow shaft with shrink disk, shaft-mounted on the crusher with a torque arm (bolts grade 10.9 or higher). Motor: 380 V/50 Hz, S1, IP55, class F, IC411, thermistor and rain cover as standard. Carburised and ground gears; double fluororubber seals at the output.
