Crane helical gear unit HK with extended centre distance: at the same transmission capacity it accommodates a larger drum diameter and rope capacity without oversizing — for hoists of portal, bridge and container cranes. Sizes 05–22: 3-stage HK305–HK322 (i = 14–63) and 4-stage HK405–HK422 (i = 22.4–250); rated output torque 11.6–520 kN·m, efficiency 94/92 %. Welded steel housing (+30 % support rigidity), labyrinth seals at the input. Output: solid shaft (key, spline, type C gear rim) or hollow shaft (key, shrink disk, spline).
