Planetary Slewing Gearbox BONENG PS
Planetary slewing gearbox PS for crane slewing mechanisms: 12 sizes 20–36 with 2, 3 or 4 stages; rated dynamic output torque 11–590 kN·m, ratios 14–947. Mounted vertically, pinion down, on flange A or B; the flanges are eccentric (A — 2.5 mm, B — 1.5 mm) with high-point marks to adjust the backlash between pinion and slewing ring. Integral or separate pinion (DIN 5480 spline, key) to suit the customer's slewing ring. Input from an electric motor (optionally with torque limiter and service brake) or hydraulic motor with built-in parking brake (15–300 bar). Efficiency 98 % per stage; torque ratings per FEM (M5, L2, T5).
