减速机
单螺杆挤出机减速机
用于单螺杆塑料挤出机(螺杆直径30–250 mm)的高精度减速机。按JB/T8853-2001设计。齿轮经表面硬化、淬火并磨齿,硬度HRC 54–62,空心输出轴上的加大止推轴承承受螺杆轴向载荷。机座号ZLYJ112–ZLYJ560,速比6.3–20,输入转速达1 500 r/min。ZLYJ280及以上采用强制循环润滑。
模块化大功率减速机
GM系列模块化工业减速机,适用于重载工况。提供斜齿轮和锥齿轮-斜齿轮型式,速比范围宽,多种安装和输出轴形式可选。齿轮经表面硬化并磨齿。
GTN行星齿轮减速机
用于中小功率的紧凑型行星齿轮减速机。扭转刚度高,模块化设计。功率0.25–20 kW,扭矩达250 kN·m,速比3.4–290。
HE卧式工业齿轮箱
HE系列卧式模块化工业齿轮箱。作为HB系列的补充,适用于平行轴及锥齿轮-斜齿轮的大扭矩工况。承载能力符合ISO 6336、DIN 3990。
JE挤出机减速机
JE系列大载荷减速机,用于单螺杆塑料和橡胶挤出机。功率范围较ZLYJ更宽。加强型止推轴承承受螺杆轴向载荷,齿轮经表面硬化并磨齿,强制循环润滑。
紧凑型摆线减速机
集成电机的紧凑型摆线减速机。XWD为卧式底脚安装,XLD为立式法兰安装。机座号较BLD/BWD更小。速比9–87(单级)至7 569(两级)。轮齿持续啮合,过载能力强。
双螺杆挤出机减速机
用于锥形双螺杆塑料和橡胶挤出机的专用减速机。减速箱与分配箱集成于同一箱体。将扭矩传递至两根平行螺杆,集成止推轴承。SZ用于PVC生产线,SZL为加大中心距型。
锥齿轮-圆柱齿轮减速机
重载锥齿轮-圆柱齿轮减速机。DBY为两级(一级锥齿轮+一级斜齿轮),DCY为三级(一级锥齿轮+两级斜齿轮)。齿轮经表面硬化并磨齿。适用于输送机、磨机、重型机械。

What is the warranty and lead time for GUOMAO?
Standard manufacturer warranty — 12 months from commissioning, no more than 18 months from shipment. Production lead time is 4–16 weeks depending on specification (the equipment is manufactured in China, Jiangsu Province, Changzhou). Delivery to Russia is by road transport.
