Absolute Rotary Encoders
ENA58IL are Pepperl+Fuchs Industrial Line absolute rotary encoders in a Ø 58 mm housing with non-contact magnetic sampling: a Hall sensor measures the angle and a Wiegand sensor counts revolutions without a mechanical gear and without a battery. Linearity error ≤ ±0.1°, singleturn resolution up to 16 bits, overall resolution up to 32 bits (SSI), 31 bits (CANopen, SAE J1939, IO-Link) and 30 bits (PROFIBUS DP, PROFINET IO, EtherCAT). Versions: ENA58IL-S (6 or 10 mm solid shaft, clamping or servo flange) and ENA58IL-R (6–15 mm recessed hollow shaft). Up to 12000 rpm, IP65/IP67, −40…+85 °C.
