Universal AC drive: 0.4–500 kW on 3-ph 380–480 V, 0.4–75 kW on 3-ph 200–240 V and 0.4–2.2 kW on 1-ph 200–240 V, frames T1–T12. Unified control of induction and PM motors: V/F, SVC (150 % at 0.25 Hz) and FVC (180 % at 0 Hz); heavy duty 150 % for 60 s, normal duty 110 % for 60 s. STO SIL 3 / PL e, built-in braking unit up to 75 kW and DC reactor from 18.5 kW, 3C3/3S2 coated PCBs, IE2 class to IEC 61800-9-2. Communications via option cards only: Modbus RTU (MD38TX1), Modbus TCP, PROFIBUS-DP, PROFINET, EtherCAT, EtherNet/IP and CANopen; master-slave control, output up to 599 Hz.
