Hydraulic Winches
INI's main hydraulic winch line: valve block with brake function and counterbalance valve, high-speed axial piston or low-speed radial piston motor (INM05–INM7), Z-type brake, KC/GC or IGC-W planetary gearbox, drum, frame and clutch. The user supplies only a power pack and directional valve. Sizes from IYJ2.5A to IYJ488: line pull on 1st layer 5–550 kN, rope 8–52 mm, rope speed from 60 m/min (5 kN) to 10 m/min (550 kN), pressure differential 13–29.3 MPa, flow 30–480 L/min. Options: rope guider, pressure roller, last-three-wraps alarm, speed sensor shaft. Not designed for lifting personnel.

Compact Hydraulic Winches
IYJ-N compact winches with the power unit built into the drum: gerotor or axial piston motor with distributor, Z-type multi-disc brake and C or KC planetary gearbox sit inside the drum, protected from contamination. Standard range IYJ11-N … IYJ33-N: line pull 3–60 kN, rope speed up to 50 m/min under load and up to 90 m/min light-load (two-speed NB versions), pressure 8–30 MPa, flow 6–124 L/min, rope 5–14 mm, drum capacity 28–126 m. IYJ45-…-ZPN recovery winches (90–120 kN) for rescue boats have been DNV-certified since 2015.

Electric Winches
IDJ electric winches: brake motor, multi-stage planetary gearbox, drum and frame; the customer adds only the control cabinet. Range IDJ23 to IDJ699: line pull on 1st layer 10–600 kN, rope 14–50 mm, rope speed up to 58 m/min, motor power from 3.7 kW to 2 × 350 kW, supply 380 V 50 Hz, 660/1,140 V or 440 V 60 Hz. The 600 kN version (IDJ699-600-1000-44, ratio 88.3) was built for a 1,600 t floating dock in the Netherlands; a 150 kN winch for seafloor oil exploration is IP56, insulation class F, duty S1. SDS supplied IDJ477-250-10-42 (250 kN, 42 mm rope) with a built-in IGT160W4 gearbox.

Free Fall Winches
IYJ-L hydraulic winches with free-fall function: planetary gearbox, hydraulic motor, wet multi-disc brake, valve blocks (counterbalance and shuttle valves), drum, frame and a hydraulically controlled clutch (INI patent) on the last gearbox stage that disengages the drum from the drive. A two-speed variable motor gives two speeds; an axial piston motor raises pressure and power. Line pull 6–225 kN, rope speed up to 90 m/min, rope 8–32 mm, system pressure 10–30 MPa, clutch opening pressure 5–8.5 MPa. Also part of INI's marine programme (Marine Machinery catalogue).

Friction Winches
IMYJ hydraulic friction winches: a set of a twin-drum traction winch and a storage winch, used with pulleys and a rope guide. Designed for large rope storage and constant line pull; fitted with INI single- or two-speed motors, with an optional in-house power pack. Four base versions: 65 kN / 120 m / 16 mm rope, 200 kN / 1,000 m / 22 mm, 300 kN / 900 m / 27 mm and 1,500 kN / 400 m / 63 mm. IMYJ466-300: rope speed 0–15 m/min, 15 layers on the storage drum, 26 MPa, 95,000 N·m on the twin drums.

Mooring Winches
IYJ-C hydraulic mooring winches: valve block with brake and overload protection, hydraulic motor, enclosed planetary gearbox, band brake, dog clutch, drum, warping head and frame. An enclosed gearbox instead of open gearing and rolling instead of plain bearings raise efficiency by 6–10 % and remove daily lubrication. Comply with GB 4446-84; a constant-tension valve block adds CT function. Vehicle Recovery Winches
ISYJ winches for special vehicles (INI patent): distributors with shuttle valves controlling the brake, single or dual counterbalance valves, INM radial piston motor, Z-type brake, C-type planetary gearbox, drum and frame; the vehicle supplies only hydraulic power and a directional valve. With the clutch lever pulled out the drum rotates freely for fast rope pay-out. Range ISYJ2.5 … ISYJ45: line pull 10–300 kN, rope speed 0–12…0–6 m/min, rope 8–28 mm, pressure differential 15–21 MPa; ISYJ67 versions — 400–500 kN, rope 33–36 mm. Winch Planetary Gearboxes
IGC-W planetary gearboxes for winch drives: 16 versions from IGC9W2 to IGC880W3, maximum output torque 6.3–750 kN·m, 2–3 stages, ratios 16.3–302.4. The compact housing is mounted inside the cable drum; input flange for a variable or fixed displacement axial piston motor and a multi-disc holding brake of 250–3,200 N·m (static, not a service brake). ZCZ end supporting bearing units are available for the drum. Used in winches of mobile, crawler, railway, shipboard, dockside and container cranes and rotary drill rigs, including INI IYJ-C mooring winches.

Two-Speed HDD Carriage Drives
IYHG two-speed hydraulic drives: variable displacement axial piston motor, multi-stage planetary gearbox and relief valve block. Pressurising control port X switches the motor to small displacement for higher speed. The output pinion meshes with a rack and moves the power head of a horizontal directional drilling rig back and forth. 6 versions: torque 3,000–12,000 N·m at large displacement and 1,050–4,000 N·m at small, speed 26–40 / 70–90.5 rpm, ratios 20.06–38.6, pressure 25–28 MPa, weight 70–220 kg. Shaft-Output Planetary Gearboxes
IGC-J planetary gearboxes with output shaft for rotary drives: 5 sizes — IGC80J3, IGC110J3, IGC160J3, IGC220J3 and IGC550J4, maximum output torque 67–410 kN·m, 3–4 stages, ratios 77.7–645.45. Input and output rotate in the same direction. Input accepts an axial piston motor (A2FE, A2FM, A4FM, A6VM) or a radial piston motor INM2–INM7 or HMB030–HMB270; parking brake optional. IYJ-C hydraulic mooring winches: valve block with brake and overload protection, hydraulic motor, enclosed planetary gearbox, band brake, dog clutch, drum, warping head and frame. An enclosed gearbox instead of open gearing and rolling instead of plain bearings raise efficiency by 6–10 % and remove daily lubrication. Comply with GB 4446-84; a constant-tension valve block adds CT function. Standard range IYJ45-C … IYJ79-C: drum load 50–400 kN, holding load 150–1,080 kN, speed 10–15 m/min (light line 20–30 m/min, creep 0.5 m/min), rope 20–50 mm; special versions up to 750 kN.

Anchor Winches
IYM hydraulic anchor winches (windlasses): valve block with brake and overload protection, hydraulic motor, planetary gearbox, hydraulic or manual band brake and dog clutch, frame. The integrated valve block simplifies the ship's hydraulics and gives smooth heaving and lowering. 10 versions for anchor chain 16–42 mm: working load 10.9–75 kN, overload pull 16.4–112.5 kN, holding load from 67 to 442 kN, heaving speed at least 9 m/min, anchorage depth up to 82.5 m, pressure 14–16 MPa, flow 14–83 L/min. The designation gives gearbox module and chain size.

Production lead time is 4–16 weeks depending on specification (the equipment is manufactured in China, Ningbo). Delivery to Russia is by road transport.
