Two-Speed HDD Carriage Drives INI IYHG
IYHG two-speed hydraulic drives: variable displacement axial piston motor, multi-stage planetary gearbox and relief valve block. Pressurising control port X switches the motor to small displacement for higher speed. The output pinion meshes with a rack and moves the power head of a horizontal directional drilling rig back and forth. 6 versions: torque 3,000–12,000 N·m at large displacement and 1,050–4,000 N·m at small, speed 26–40 / 70–90.5 rpm, ratios 20.06–38.6, pressure 25–28 MPa, weight 70–220 kg. Supplied to XCMG.
