Vehicle Recovery Winches INI ISYJ
ISYJ winches for special vehicles (INI patent): distributors with shuttle valves controlling the brake, single or dual counterbalance valves, INM radial piston motor, Z-type brake, C-type planetary gearbox, drum and frame; the vehicle supplies only hydraulic power and a directional valve. With the clutch lever pulled out the drum rotates freely for fast rope pay-out. Range ISYJ2.5 … ISYJ45: line pull 10–300 kN, rope speed 0–12…0–6 m/min, rope 8–28 mm, pressure differential 15–21 MPa; ISYJ67 versions — 400–500 kN, rope 33–36 mm. Used to recover stuck vehicles and for self-recovery.
