Tunnel Boring Machine Cylinders HENGLI TBM
Hengli cylinders for tunnel boring machines. For shield machines of 2.5–17.45 m diameter and larger Hengli supplies thrust, articulation, erector lifting, anti-torque and crusher cylinders; for open (gripper) TBMs — gripper shoe, thrust, torque and shield cylinders; for double shield TBMs — also main and auxiliary thrust cylinders. Hengli has made TBM cylinders since 2005: the complete set of high-pressure cylinders on the Bertha shield in Seattle came from Hengli and showed no corrosion or seal ageing after two years underground.
