Offshore Cylinders HENGLI OFF
Hengli cylinders for offshore platforms, ships and port equipment: lifting and pin cylinders for jack-up platforms, wire-rope tensioner cylinders for drilling platforms, cylinders for offshore cranes, ro-ro ships, split barges, dredgers and pile driving barges, plus reach stackers and stacker-reclaimers. Rods get Ni-Cr coating, plasma or HVOF spraying, laser cladding, proprietary HengliExpoNite, or are made of stainless steel. For a pile barge Hengli built a 1.6 m bore luffing cylinder with a 21 m stroke and 385 t weight — per the manufacturer, the world's largest hydraulic cylinder.
