Bevel-Cylindrical Gear Reducers GUOMAO DBY/DCY
DBY/DCY bevel-helical reducers have perpendicular input and output shafts. DBY is two-stage (first stage a Gleason spiral bevel set, second a helical cylindrical set), 12 sizes with centre distances 160–560 mm and ratios 8–14. DCY is three-stage, 15 sizes 160–800 mm, ratios 16–71. Power 4.5–2,850 kW, rated low-speed shaft torque up to 778 kN·m. Built to JB/T 9002-1999, they replace the SS, ZQ and ZL reducer ranges. Gears are carburised, quenched and precision-ground; the output shaft is solid or hollow — with a parallel key (H) or a shrink disc (D).
