JE Extruder Reducers GUOMAO
JE is the GUOMAO high-load reducer series for single-screw extruders: 10 sizes JE3–JE12, two-stage gearing, ratios from 6.3 to 28. Rated power up to 450 kW, output torque 2.41–41.68 kN·m. The selection tables already include the service and safety factors: for plastic extruders the values are used directly, for rubber extruders they are multiplied by 0.9. The standard configuration is natural cooling with splash lubrication; thermal capacity is 25–111 kW without auxiliary cooling and up to 417 kW with an oil cooler. Output bore with a parallel key, straight-sided or involute splines.
