Rectifier Control Cabinets for Lifting Electromagnets XINRI Control Cabinet

XINRI rectifier cabinets feed lifting electromagnets with direct current from a 3 × 380 V mains. DKX(P) supplies a constant DC 220 V at 30–200 A for MW5-90L…MW5-250L magnets, with short-circuit and overvoltage protection. DQ(K)X adds strong excitation: an elevated voltage for about 5 s at pick-up, then 220 V. DQ(K)XW is a contactless thyristor design for DC 290/220 V with no contactor arcing. DKX-B/BT and DKXBWT-P with a battery bank hold the load during a mains failure (DKXBWT-P for at least 15 min) and provide force adjustment, single-plate release and split control of magnet groups.
