CY-H are Huali's marine three-phase asynchronous motors approved by the China Classification Society (CCS) — for driving ship pumps, fans, separators, hydraulic power units and other auxiliary machinery on cargo and container vessels. The series continues the Y-H marine line (frames 80–355, standard JB/T 5273-2014) and multi-speed YD-H (frames 80–280, JB/T 7127-2010): TEFC design with reinforced anti-corrosion protection of housing and windings. For tanker pump rooms Huali offers the flameproof marine YB3-H (0.75–315 kW, frames 80–355).

YBX5 is the high-efficiency flameproof series compliant with GB 18613-2020 (per the manufacturer's site; IE class not stated in the documents). Output 0.75–355 kW in frames 80–355, voltage 380 V, 660 V or 380/660 V, 50 Hz. YKK/YXKK High Voltage Enclosed Motor
YKK are totally enclosed high-voltage squirrel-cage motors with a top-mounted air-to-air cooler (IC611; 2-pole from frame 630 use IC616 with a separate fan). Voltage 6 kV (frames 355–800) and 10 kV (450–800); output 185–5600 kW at 6 kV and 220–4000 kW at 10 kV, 2–16 poles, catalogue efficiency up to 96.6 %. YXKK is the high-efficiency version (Grade 2 under GB 30254-2013 vs Grade 3 for YKK). IP44/IP54, class F insulation with class B rise, S1 duty, IMB3 mounting. Russian equivalent: DAZO4/AZ series. YVF2 Variable Frequency Motor
YVF2 motors are designed for frequency-converter supply per JB/T 7118-2014. Output 0.55–315 kW in frames 80–355, 2/4/6/8 poles, 380 V/50 Hz. An independent axial fan (IC416) keeps cooling at low speed; tables give weights for both IC416 and IC411. Speed range: constant torque 3(5)–50 Hz; constant power 50–100 Hz for 4/6-pole, 50–60 Hz for 2-pole, 50–75 Hz for 355-4p. Y connection up to 55 kW, Δ above. Y3 Low-Voltage High-Power Motor
Y3 in its large-frame version covers low-voltage motors of 200–900 kW with shaft heights 355–450 mm, 2–10 poles, 380/660 V, 50 Hz; catalogue types 355LX1…450LX4. IE1 efficiency class, tabulated efficiency 94.7–96.5 %, breakdown torque ratio 2.5. TEFC IC411, IP54/IP55, class F or H insulation, IMB3 mounting (V1 on request). The series fills the gap between standard YE3 (up to 375 kW) and high-voltage YKK where only a 0.4/0.66 kV network is available: crushers, mills, large pumps and fans. YD Pole-Changing Multi-Speed Motor
YD are two- and three-speed pole-changing motors per JB/T 7127-2010: stepped speed change by reconnecting the stator winding, no frequency converter needed. Frames 80–315, 380 V/50 Hz; typical schemes 4/2, 8/4, 6/4, 8/6 and three-speed 8/6/4 (1:2 ratio — single Dahlander winding, others — two independent windings). Derivatives: YDT for fans with torque falling at low speed (0.25–90 kW) and YD-H marine with CCS approval. YEJ Electromagnetic Brake Motor
YEJ motors carry a built-in disc electromagnetic brake on the non-drive end: when power is cut the brake engages automatically — fast stopping, accurate positioning, load holding. Output 0.55–200 kW in frames 80–315; base motor efficiency class IE2, IE3 or IE4 as chosen. 1AL Aluminum Frame Motor
1AL are Huali's general-purpose three-phase asynchronous motors in a cast aluminium-alloy housing: end shields, terminal box and removable feet are aluminium too, giving low weight and easy installation on compact equipment. According to the manufacturer the series drives pumps, fans and other rotating machinery in agricultural and industrial enterprises; the 1ALEJ yaw-drive motor for wind turbines is based on it. Numerical data (power, frames, efficiency class) are not published in the available catalogues — confirmed on request per frame size.

Y Series (IP23) Open-Type Motor
Y (IP23) are large-frame low-voltage motors in open drip-proof design: self-ventilation with air passing directly through the windings (IC01) giving more power and less weight for the same shaft height. Shaft height 400–500 mm, output 110–800 kW, 4–16 poles, tabulated efficiency 92.9–96.6 %. IE1 efficiency class, class F or H insulation, IMB3 mounting. For clean, dry machine halls, fan and pump stations; matches Russian AN2 and 4AN series by purpose. A high-voltage version exists for 6/10 kV in frames 355–800 (reference Y450-4-250 10 kV at a CHP plant).

Standard manufacturer warranty — 12 months from commissioning, no more than 18 months from shipment. Production lead time is 4–16 weeks depending on specification (the equipment is manufactured in China, Shandong Province, Rongcheng). Delivery to Russia is by road transport.
