YZPEYZPE Series Electromagnetic Brake Variable Frequency Three-Phase Asynchronous Motors for Crane and Metallurgical Use
VFD Crane Motor with Brake XINDALI YZPE
YZPE is the YZP inverter-duty crane motor with a built-in DC electromagnetic disc brake. The catalogue lists braked versions for frames H112–355: 1.5–132 kW at S3 40%, 6, 8 and 10 poles, 380 V 50 Hz, speed control 1–100 Hz. Rated static braking torque is 15–1500 N·m for travel mechanisms and 40–3000 N·m for hoisting mechanisms, and the torque is adjustable. Cooling is by an independent fan (IC416), the motor is IP54, brake and fan IP23; class F or H insulation is designed for inverter supply. The flameproof counterpart is YBZPE.
