YZPYZP Series Variable Frequency Three-Phase Asynchronous Motors for Crane and Metallurgical Use
VFD Crane Motor XINDALI YZP
YZP is a squirrel cage crane and metallurgical motor for inverter supply: 0.37–400 kW at S3 40%, frames H90–400, 4, 6, 8 and 10 poles, 380 V 50 Hz. Speed control range is 1–100 Hz: constant torque up to 50 Hz and constant power above. An independent fan (IC416) keeps the motor cooled at low speed; class F or H insulation withstands harmonic voltage spikes and the winding is VPI-impregnated. Locked-rotor torque at 1 Hz is 1.5–2.0 × rated. Options include a thermal switch, anti-condensation heater, encoder and overspeed switch; the braked version is YZPE, the marine version YZP-H.
