Marine General Purpose Motors
Y-H marine three-phase squirrel-cage induction motors — totally enclosed, fan-cooled, for pumps, blowers, separators, hydraulic power units and other auxiliary machinery on ships and offshore platforms. Base range H80–355: 0.55–315 kW, 2–8 poles, 380 V 50 Hz or 440 V 60 Hz, S1 duty; low-voltage high-power motors H400–H560 reach 1,500 kW. The version with an integral electromagnetic brake (2.2–90 kW, S2-30 min) serves windlasses, capstans, cranes and accommodation ladder winches.
