Chinese marine electric motor manufacturer based in Dezhou, Shandong. Founded in 1966 as Dezhou Electric Motor Factory and restructured in 1998 as Dezhou Hengli Electrical Machinery Co., Ltd. According to its catalogue, it is the largest marine motor manufacturer in China, with over 75% of the market for marine hoisting motors. Over 40 series and 2,000 models: marine, hoisting and flameproof motors, shaft generators, marine control boxes and switchboards. YZ-H Marine Hoisting Motors (single/double speed, with brake)
YZ-H marine hoisting induction motors (single and double speed) to GB 755, GB/T 7060 and JB/T 7597 for short-time duty of deck machinery: windlasses, capstans, winches and infrequently operated cargo cranes. Range H112–225: single-speed 4- and 6-pole motors of 1.1–22 kW (S2-30 min), two-speed 4/12- and 4/16-pole motors up to 18.5/5.5 kW (S2-30/10 and 30/15 min). All motors carry an integral 110 V DC electromagnetic brake with 33–399 N·m braking torque (export version H225 — 470 N·m). They operate at −25…+45 °C, rolling ±22.5°, heel 15° and trim 10°.

Marine General Purpose Motors
Y-H marine three-phase squirrel-cage induction motors — totally enclosed, fan-cooled, for pumps, blowers, separators, hydraulic power units and other auxiliary machinery on ships and offshore platforms. Base range H80–355: 0.55–315 kW, 2–8 poles, 380 V 50 Hz or 440 V 60 Hz, S1 duty; low-voltage high-power motors H400–H560 reach 1,500 kW. The version with an integral electromagnetic brake (2.2–90 kW, S2-30 min) serves windlasses, capstans, cranes and accommodation ladder winches. Marine IE3 Premium Efficiency Motors
M2E-H marine high-efficiency three-phase induction motors: totally enclosed, fan-cooled, ribbed HT200 cast-iron frame, IP55 protection. Designed to IEC 60034-1 and efficiency grade 2 of GB 18613-2012, corresponding to IE3; efficiency up to 95.8 % (315 kW, 2 poles). Range H80–355: 0.55–315 kW, 2, 4 and 6 poles, 380 V 50 Hz or 440 V 60 Hz, class F insulation, S1 duty. CCS type approved. Used for pumps, blowers, separators, hydraulic power units and other auxiliary equipment on ships and offshore platforms.

Marine Multi-Speed Motors
YD-H marine multi-speed induction motors are a derivative of the Y-H series with pole-changing windings: speed changes in steps according to the load, matching power to demand and simplifying the speed-changing system. Two-speed versions have 4/2, 6/4, 8/4, 8/6, 12/6 and 10/8 poles, three-speed versions 6/4/2, 8/4/2 and 8/6/4. Cast-iron housing, windings and parts impregnated against damp, fungus and salt mist, IP44, class B or F insulation, 380/440 V, 50/60 Hz, S1 duty. The standard catalogue range is 0.35–55 kW, frames H80–280.

Marine Three-Speed Motors with Integral Brake

The three speeds come from 4/8/16, 2/4/12 or 2/6/12 pole combinations, duty S2-10/30/5 min. Frames H200–280 (H315 and H355 on request), high-speed power 9–108 kW at 380 V 50 Hz. High-strength cast-iron housing, IP56 with O-ring sealing, class F insulation with VPI; the low-speed winding withstands 1 min locked rotor. In-house 110 V DC brake — 260–1,550 N·m.
