Cylindrical Gear Reducers GUOMAO ZY
ZY are parallel-shaft cylindrical gear reducers with hardened and ground teeth. Four variants by number of stages: ZDY — one stage (13 sizes, centre distance 80–560 mm, ratios 1.25–5.6), ZLY — two stages (17 sizes, 112–710 mm, 6.3–20), ZSY — three stages (14 sizes, 160–710 mm, 22.4–100), ZFY — four stages (14 sizes, 180–800 mm, 100–500). Power 1.1–6,000 kW, rated low-speed shaft torque up to 520 kN·m. Gears are made of high-strength low-carbon alloy steel, carburised, quenched and ground.
